Support

Frequently asked questions

01Choosing a plan

Which plan fits my situation?

Support if your project is live and you want it to stay that way: maintenance, updates, SEO monitoring. Growth if you have things to produce every month — visuals, content, new features. Partnership if your product sits at the centre of your business and needs real management: roadmap, continuous development, AI agents.

When in doubt, start with Support. Moving up a plan is possible at any time.

What is the difference between Support and Growth?

The volume and the nature of the work. Support is one day per month spent on what already exists: maintaining, fixing, updating, measuring. Growth is 2.5 days per month spent on what does not exist yet: producing visuals, writing and optimising content, developing features, evolving the design system.

Support keeps things running. Growth moves them forward.

Can I change plan along the way?

Yes, at any time and in both directions. Moving up takes effect the month following your request. Moving down follows the notice period of the plan you are leaving — 2 months, 3 months for Partnership.

What if I need more than my monthly volume?

Overage is billed at your subscription rate, not at the public daily rate: you keep your discount. It is always quoted and approved before any work starts — no overage is ever billed without your written agreement.

Can I hire you for a one-off project, without a subscription?

Yes. New builds and redesigns are quoted per project: websites, web applications, internal tools, AI agents, visual identities and design systems.

Subscriptions take over once the project is live. That is what they are for — not a prerequisite.

02What is included, and what is not

What counts as a content update?

One update = an image change, a text edit on an existing page, or publishing a blog post already written (structured text and images supplied). The Support plan includes 2 per month.

These do not count as updates: writing copy, creating a visual, adding a page or a feature. That falls under the Growth plan.

What happens if I do not use my monthly volume?

It does not carry over. A subscription reserves capacity for your project each month: that capacity is allocated to you whether you use it or not.

If your needs are uneven — nothing for two months, a lot in the third — Growth absorbs the peaks better than a string of overages on Support.

How are production days counted?

As actual working time: design, production, development, testing, deployment. Day-to-day exchanges — emails, scoping calls, the monthly call — are not counted. You can ask for the current time usage at any point.

What does "small feature additions" cover on the Support plan?

Whatever fits within one development day without questioning the existing architecture: a form, a filter, a content block, a simple integration, one more standard screen.

Beyond that, you are in Growth territory, which has the volume to design and build complete features.

Is the SEO report analysis or execution?

On Support, it is analysis: rankings, organic traffic, indexing, technical health, and recommendations ranked by priority. On Growth, those recommendations are actually implemented — writing, optimisation, page structure, internal linking, technical fixes. On Partnership, an additional report can be triggered on demand, on top of the monthly one.

Are hosting and licences included?

No. Hosting, domain names, software licences, fonts and third-party APIs remain your responsibility: either taken out directly in your name, or rebilled at cost.

That way you keep control of your accounts — and nothing depends on us the day you leave.

03Commitment and terms

Why a two-month notice period?

A subscription reserves a fixed share of our monthly capacity. Two months is what it takes to reallocate it without a loss on either side.

This is not a minimum term: you can leave whenever you want, the notice period simply starts from your request.

Why three months on Partnership?

A Partnership commits 5 days per month and commits a team to a roadmap spanning several months: this is no longer capacity being reallocated, it is a trajectory being planned.

That is precisely what allows us to commit for the long haul rather than month by month.

What does "no commitment" actually mean?

No minimum term: you are not signing for 12 or 24 months, and you can cancel from the first month. Only the notice period applies, starting from your written request.

How much can the price change?

By no more than 5% per year, on the anniversary date of the subscription, and only after written notice at least two months in advance. Any increase beyond that cap requires your agreement; failing that, you may cancel with no notice period.

What happens if I stop?

You get everything back: code, access, accounts, source files, documentation. The work already belongs to you, there is nothing to buy back.

Depending on the circumstances, a handover session can be arranged during the notice period to pass on context to whoever takes over. We agree on it together at the time.

04Working together

How do I send you my requests?

By email, or through the tracking tool you already use if you have one. One request, one message: that is what makes it possible to track, prioritise and report back.

What are the response times, and when do they start?

The clock starts when your request is received, counted in working days: 5 days on Support, 3 days on Growth, priority handling on Partnership.

This is a response time — the moment we come back to you with a diagnosis and a date — not a delivery time, which depends on the request itself.

What about your holidays?

Five weeks of closure per year, announced at least one month in advance and never more than four consecutive weeks.

During those periods, emergencies are handled as usual — service down, security vulnerability, blocking regression. Response times for routine requests are doubled. Production days from a month containing a closure are, by exception, carried over to the following month.

05Technology and ownership

Who owns the code?

You do. All code, designs, content and source files produced under the subscription are transferred to you as the work goes. Nothing is conditional on the subscription continuing, nothing is locked behind a proprietary licence.

Will you work on a project you did not build?

Yes, after reviewing the existing code. Two conditions: the project — website, application, internal tool — runs on a technology we know well (Astro, Nuxt, Next, Vue, React), and its condition allows us to work on it safely.

That review happens before anything is signed. If taking it over is not reasonable as it stands, we say so, and we tell you what would need to happen first.

What technologies do you work with?

Astro, Nuxt, Next, Vue and React on the front end. Three.js for 3D and creative coding. A headless CMS suited to your content needs. The choice follows your project and your team, not an in-house preference.

What happens to my project if we stop?

It keeps running. It is hosted on your accounts, built on standard technologies and documented: any team familiar with the ecosystem can pick it up.

That follows directly from the previous answer — you own it, so you are not locked in.

06Billing

When am I billed?

Monthly. Issue and payment terms are set out in your subscription agreement.

How does VAT work if I am outside France?

Prices are shown excluding tax. French VAT at 20% applies to clients established in France. For a business client established in another European Union country and holding a valid intra-community VAT number, the invoice is issued without VAT (reverse charge). Outside the European Union, the service is not subject to French VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer or SEPA direct debit under mandate. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
